Stunt Performer

The Stunt Performer executes stunts under the Stunt Coordinator's direction. Fights, falls, fire, vehicle action, wirework, high-rigging, water work — whatever the production demands within the performer's specialism.

What the role does

• Performs stunt sequences as designed by Stunt Coordinator
• May double for principal cast in demanding shots
• Trains + rehearses ahead of each setup
• Verifies safety setup before each take
• Maintains personal fitness + specialism qualifications

Position

Reports to Stunt Coordinator.

Career progression

Long-arc specialist career. Typically holds Equity Stunt Register listing across multiple specialisms.
