The 2nd Assistant Accountant performs junior Accounts work under the 1st Assistant Accountant — supplier payments, cost coding, basic reconciliations.

What the role does

• Processes supplier invoices + payments
• Performs cost coding by department
• Reconciles bank statements + petty cash
• Supports Cashier on float management
• Supervises Accounts Trainee on simpler tasks

Position

Reports to 1st Assistant Accountant.

SI Competency Framework Level 3 — Experienced. Path: Accounts Trainee → Cashier → 2nd Assistant Accountant → 1st Assistant Accountant.
