Skills Development Officer (SDO) is a project-specialist persona with a narrowed view, for the person running the skills-development requirement that the Irish screen credits attach to a production (the Tab F / skills plan). One freelance SDO often runs skills across productions in several companies.

You land on the SDO hub (sdo.php) — your cross-slate, cross-company view of every production you run skills development for, sorted so the next compliance action is on top.

## Your surfaces & workflows
- The skills plan & participants. Build and maintain each participant's Individual Learning Plan, track mandatory courses (the 80% / 2-of-3 thresholds), supervisor sign-off and the two-week engagement cadence.
- The pack — Iarratas. The Tab F Skills Development Plan generates on Screen Ireland's own template (different per credit), and the QA Compliance Report is filed from here. The credit tracker sits in Airgead → Tax credits; you own the skills evidence that feeds it.
- Scripted vs unscripted. S481 and S487A have different skills regimes (3 vs 2 meetings, different thresholds) — the surfaces are credit-aware.
