Invite-only · All-island production tool

Production management, calibrated to the work indie producers actually do.

Built around S481 and S487A, AVEC, Screen Ireland, NI Screen, BFI Cultural Test, FWT, the co-production treaty network, Pact/Equity, Article 19 — the regulatory and funding stack you live in. Not retrofitted from a US studio template.

Ten modules, one truth

Everything a production company touches, in one place.

Ten modules share unified auth, contacts, talent, and project records — a project flows through them from first idea to final residual without re-keying a thing. Each is calibrated to a moment in the production lifecycle.

Domain knowledge

Baked in, not bolted on.

Generic production tools assume a US studio context. Togra is built around the regulatory and funding reality across both jurisdictions on the island — plus EU co-pro and the wider international stack.

Built for the actual day

On-set, in the sun, with one hand on a phone.

Production-tracking apps are usually designed at the prep desk. The producer, 1st AD and line producer all need to read a call sheet on a phone in direct sunlight, often at 5:30am.

Dark themes and small type are unreadable in those conditions. Togra ships dedicated mobile views for the on-set surfaces — call sheets and daily progress reports — with forced light mode and large tabular numerals.

Same data, designed for the actual moment of use. The desktop SPA stays dark. Only the on-set views switch.

No other production tool acknowledges the prep-desk vs on-set split. Most call-sheet apps test in offices, not on location.

Tools you'd otherwise juggle in spreadsheets

Structured, calendar-aware, deadline-driven.

Each is replacing the sheet-with-100-tabs that every production company keeps somewhere. Nine of the most-used surfaces, of two hundred-plus.

01

S481 Readiness Tracker

Readiness dimensions from producer + DAC through cultural test, industry development, cast residency, Irish creative spend, Tab J state aid and cert conditions — with the statutory timeline and a claw-back risk panel.

02

S487A Readiness Tracker

The unscripted credit, eligibility-first: category gates, the S481 mutual-exclusion check, spend thresholds and the strict 50% state-aid disqualifier — then the interim and final DCCS bundles.

03

Production ledger

A real double-entry book of record: purchase orders → approvals → SEPA payment runs, payroll and remittances, VAT3, financial statements and year-end close. The books your filing accountant asks for.

04

Skills Tab F, on SI's template

Participants register → Individual Learning Plans → mandatory courses → Tab F generated on Screen Ireland's own XLSX, pre-filled, Sheet B included. Both credits' variants.

05

FWT detection at cast

Tax residency captured at cast decision. Non-EEA performers automatically flagged for S529B 20% withholding before the contract is drafted.

06

Treaty & CETS points tests

Co-production scoring with live threshold preview — CETS 147 and 220, plus the six bilateral treaties using each treaty's actual ratios, not a one-size 20/80.

07

Audit Pack PDF

One-click multi-section export: project, rights, talent, cast + FWT, DAC, contracts, deliverables. The folder Revenue or HMRC asks for.

08

Mobile call sheets

On-set read view with forced light mode and large type — built for outdoor sun, not the prep desk. The visual above is the real surface.

09

Article 19 Producer's Report

EU Copyright Directive transparency obligation — annual report cycle automated. Collapses waterfall to "Allocated Income" for participant statements.

Ten personas

Same data, the right view.

A production accountant doesn't want a casting director's view; a Business Affairs lead doesn't want a producer's slate kanban. Switch role, the sidebar reshapes.
