For the Producer / Lead — using Togra

# For the Producer / Lead — using Togra

Everything — the full toolset. You run the company; Togra is your command centre.

The Producer / Lead is the default persona and sees the whole of Togra — every module, every surface, no nav narrowing. If you run the company (or hold sign-off on contracts, financing or the book of record), this is you.

## Where you land
You land on the Slate (index.php) — your projects across every stage. From the top bar you reach all modules: Development, Financing, Production, Accounts, Rights, Forecasting, plus Company Admin, Funder applications, Service Work and (if switched on) Post.

## Your command centre
- The approvals inbox (approvals.php) is the single "what needs me" view across the whole slate — contracts to chase, PO/invoice approvals, option expiries, deadline nudges, vetting renewals, working-time breaches — sorted by priority, with a Group-wide / Mine only toggle and an optional morning email digest.
- Global search (⌘K) finds any record and jumps to any page.
- The green-light gate (Forbairt) is the decision you own — it advances a project from development into production.

## Your day across the modules
You move across the whole lifecycle, so all the module guides are yours:

## Delegating with personas
You don't have to make everyone a Producer. Assign group personas (Finance Director / CFO, Business Affairs, Development) or project specialists (Production Manager, Casting Director, Production Accountant, Sustainability Lead, Skills Development Officer) so each person lands on their own hub with a narrowed view — without giving away company-wide access. See the other "By role" guides for what each sees.

Start with the Using Togra overview for the whole map; each module guide has the detail.
