What the role does

  • Manages supplier orders for Art-department materials
  • Coordinates deliveries to workshop + set
  • Handles paperwork — purchase orders, supplier deals, returns
  • Supports the Art-department schedule
  • Liaises with Production Coordinator on cross-departmental matters
