The Art Department Coordinator runs the Art-department logistics — supplier orders, deliveries, paperwork, and scheduling support across the broader Art operation.
What the role does
- Manages supplier orders for Art-department materials
- Coordinates deliveries to workshop + set
- Handles paperwork — purchase orders, supplier deals, returns
- Supports the Art-department schedule
- Liaises with Production Coordinator on cross-departmental matters
Position
Reports to Production Designer / Art Director.
