The BBC Programme Delivery Handbook covers all BBC channels (BBC One / Two / Three / Four, CBBC, CBeebies, News, Parliament, World, iPlayer-only), all UK nations (NI, Scotland, Wales) and the English regions. For Irish indies, BBC NI is the primary commissioner.

Six-phase delivery timeline

The Handbook structures delivery into six phases, with deliverables due at each. The Albert sign-off is a hard gate near the end of the timeline — productions that haven't completed the Albert reporting cycle cannot deliver.
